KA Art FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

    • What are the differences between the print formats you offer?

I made you a video to show the differences between matted, paper & canvas prints. These options are available in the drop down menu of each painting.

    • How long from ordering to delivery?

3-5 weeks. Your print is ordered from my printer in St. John's as soon as you order it from me which means it takes about 2-3 weeks to print and then 1-2 weeks to ship from Newfoundland, Canada (I live on an island way out in the Atlantic Ocean), which means it will be about 3-5 weeks until you receive your new artwork. Good things come to those who wait, but better things come to those who are patient, they say :)

    • How much to ship my order?

It depends on where it is being shipped. Select the painting & from the dropdown menu, choose the print format you want. Then head into the shopping cart & before you have to submit payment, shipping will be calculated for you based on the billing or ship-to address you input. You can decide there if you want to proceed.

    • Are there shipping charges for delivery in St. John’s? Can I pick up a print & skip delivery?

Yes, there are shipping charges in St. John’s if you order from my website. But if you would like to touch and feel the artwork & not pay shipping, head to one of my stores here in Newfoundland and they will take care of you. Each store has a different selection of my prints & greeting cards. Some of my prints are only available on my website.

    • Can I send your artwork to someone else?

Yes. Gifting artwork is where it’s at! To purchase a piece for someone as a gift, select the painting & from the dropdown menu, choose the print format you want. Head into the shopping cart. Before payment, you fill in your billing address & then you can fill in the ‘ship to’ address of the person to whom you would like to gift the artwork. Shipping will be calculated for you before you submit payment.

    • Can I buy a gift certificate?

And there's always gift certificates, in case you just can't decide which piece to give them! Consider gifts for weddings, new house, retirement, birthday, baby shower, anything at all and/or just ‘cause you love ‘em. Classy gift, by the way…lasts for generations.

    • Can I get your paintings and/or prints shipped to my home or office?

Yes. Shipping will be calculated for you in my website shopping cart. You will know the total amount including shipping before you have to pay. You can decide from there if you want to continue. You can enter a ‘ship to’ address different than your billing address.

    • What if the print is damaged during shipping?

For your total ease of mind, I guarantee the shipping of your art. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will return or exchange your item. I only want happy clients. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

    • Where is your product made?

    • Can I visit your studio?
